The new 2010 Champion of Brands FF1600 series of trophy races has been attracting enormous interest from a number of Formula Ford drivers. Interest has been high from both former COB drivers as well as newcomers. James Beckett is trying hard to organise a series of dates that don't clash with any other FF1600 racing to try and obtain the best grids possible and there have already been several interested drivers from overseas.

At least one round is due to be on the fantastic Brands Hatch GP circuit. The winner of each round will be the current 'Champion of Brands' and a main Champion of Brands trophy will be kept in the Kentagon displayed with all the former winners names. Race trophys will be issued for the top three in each round.

Dates for 2010 are hoped to be available soon and any interested drivers are urged to get in touch.
